Customer Settlements is the first Data Mart introduced as part of the DSS. The Data Mart provides users with access to the data in a searchable format that can be viewed at detailed levels by a variety of parameters in a user-friendly manner. Additionally, the DSS allows the data to be accessed in one location instead of multiple systems. For example, users are able to drill-down from the consolidated invoice to the 5-minute interval-level data.
