The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSAT) provides Microsoft solutions partners access to third-party market research services for surveying and measuring customer satisfaction. This programme is offered at no additional charge to Certified and Gold Certified Partners. Take a tour of the CSAT index demo and learn how you can participate during the next survey period. To help you demonstrate your commitment to customer satisfaction, partners who re-enrol at the Gold Certified level after 1 October, 2009 will need to have participated in at least one CSAT Index survey during the previous 12 months.
