What is the current US phase-out date for HCFC-141b?
Effective with the Accelerated Phase-out Rule, published December 10, 1993 and effective January 1, 1994, a phase-out date of January 1, 2003 was established. The EPA Allowance Rule allowed continued production of 141b for quantities approved by petition, for Export for Developed Countries and for Export to Developing Countries after the phase-out date.
