A. As noted above, the developer officially withdrew the development application on July 15, 2010. Prior to the withdrawal, there had been no activity on the application since September 2009. Q4. Many residents of the adjacent Aviara community recently provided the city with suggestions and/or recommendations for development of the subject property which are different from those proposed by the developer. What will be done with those suggestions/recommendations? A. It is the general policy of the city to share suggestions/recommendations from surrounding neighbors and/or other residents with developers for their consideration and knowledge of the community concerns. The city also gives consideration to these suggestions/recommendations in its review of development applications.
