The vision of the Southwest Ohio Region Workforce Investment Board is to become a model workforce development system. The mission: we will create and develop a comprehensive workforce development system that engages the entire community towards ever-increasing levels of self-sufficiency. Sherry Kelley Marshall is currently serving as the President of the Southwest Ohio Region Workforce Investment Board. Under her leadership, the WIB is working to connect the various segments of our community into a collaborative unit to provide a proactive response to global competition by creating a workforce that is more skilled and better trained.
