The following statutory codes of practice are currently in force (which means that they may be taken into consideration by a court or tribunal deciding a case under the Race Relations Act 1976). • Statutory Code of Practice on the Duty to Promote Race Equality (2002). Welsh language versions and separate version for Scotland are available.
