The following statutory codes of practice are currently in force (which means that they may be taken into consideration by a court or tribunal deciding a case under the Race Relations Act 1976). • Statutory Code of Practice on the Duty to Promote Race Equality (2002). Currently in force, and applicable to public authorities. Available in print, either as a single document, or in a pack with four (non-statutory) guides. Welsh language versions and separate version for Scotland are available.
