Replacement therapy with osteochondral cylinders or “matchsticks”transferred from healthy area of the joint to the damaged area. Autolgous chondrocyts transplantation, where patient’s own cells are harvested during Arthroscopy for tissue culture in the laboratory and later are implanted back to the damaged area.
