The Devon County Minerals Local Plan was adopted on 25th June, 2004. Following the introduction of new legislation introduced as part of the Planning and Compensation Act 2004, this document will be “saved” for a period of three years, during which time a new-style Minerals Development Plan Document will be prepared.
