What is the current ruling regarding the QA/QI program?

At the present time the QA/QI program for each nurse practitioner must be one that represents a program that has a mechanism for demonstrating that an adequate number of patients that have been jointly reviewed for this practice. A log must be maintained so that these serve as evidence of this program. There are efforts currently being explored to further quantify this program but this is still being explored by both the BON and BOM.
