What is the current recommended Temodar dose for GBM?

• I have just had a brain CT showing an abnormality with initial assessment being a hypothalamic teratoma, about 6 mm. Before I meet with a physician for follow-up in 2 weeks, I am looking for information online about teratoma tumors. Teratoma is covered on a lot of websites involving ovaries and in infants, but I do not find anything about a teratoma type tumor on the hypothalamus. I am a 46 year old female. Any general summaries about that type of tumor? I just like going to a doctor as well informed as I can be. My family practitioner has referred me already and my main symptom was a slight, constant pressure and some focus problems in my left eye. • My sister, age 56, was diagnosed with GBM in January, 2005. She had surgery, radiation, and Temodar. The tumor was shrinking until an MRI she had this month showed a new tumor next to the original one, which has also started growing again. She has blood clots in both legs and can not walk and can only stand with help. She is on coumadin
