The locally adopted plan for Ceredigion County Council is the Dyfed Structure Plan which was adopted in 1991, the local planning authority also uses the Ceredigion Unitary Development Plan (UDP)which was adopted for development control purposes on the 18th of January 2007. The local planning authority are currently working on developing the Local Development Plan (LDP) which will supersede the other plans if adopted.
