For July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2007, the on-campus rate for research is 47%. For training and other activities, or for off-campus rate, refer to the OSP website: http://www.umbc.edu/ospa/pages/policies/COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES RATE AGREEMENT.
