• 5.0¢/kWh/first 1000 kWhs used per 30 days • 5.9¢/kWh/remaining kWhs used per 30 days Effective Nov. 1, 2007, customers will be charged 5.0 cents per kWh of use per 30 days, while electricity consumed in excess of this threshold will be priced at 5.9 cents per kWh per 30 days. The price threshold will change twice a year for residential customers.
