Current Structure: Since they entered into a scheme of amalgamation dated September12, 1906 and agreements from 1907 by which the scheme of amalgamation was implemented and pursuant to which they combined their interests in the oil industry, Royal Dutch has owned 60% of the Royal Dutch/Shell Group and Shell Transport has owned 40% of the Royal Dutch/Shell Group. All operating activities have been conducted through the Royal Dutch/Shell Group.
