What is the current condition of pavement surface in Novi?
Of the 182.1 miles of city controlled streets that were evaluated, 76% of the roads have a PASER rating of 6 or higher (i.e., pavement condition is rated as good or better). Eighty-one percent of major roads and 74% of minor roads have a PASER rating of 6 or higher. The report also finds that asphalt surfaced roads are in better overall condition than concrete roads: 86% of asphalt surfaced roads and 58% of the concrete roads have a PASER rating of 6 or higher.
