What is the Curran Apple Orchard?
The Curran Apple Orchard is 7.33 acres of rolling hills that Mary & Charles Curran developed into an apple orchard in 1951. The Orchard contains 250 various apple trees and is located at 3940 Grandview West in University Place. The Curran Apple Orchard Resource Enthusiasts Group manages and cares for the Orchard, as well as provides opportunities for tree adoption, pruning parties and insect classes. The Orchard is the site of the City’s Free Summer Concert Series.
