What is the Curfew Law in Elberfeld?
The Town of Elberfeld follows the current Indiana Law regarding curfew for juveniles. It states basically that anyone age 15 or under, must be home and not in a public place later than 11:00 pm any day of the week. Anyone 16 or 17 years of age must not be out later than 1:00 am on Friday or Saturday night, and 11:00 pm Sunday through Thursday. The curfew is in effect until 5:00 am every day and makes exceptions for lawful employment, going to or from a sanctioned school activity, church activity, etc or if the juvenile is with a parent or guardian.
