What is the curfew for the Village of Sugar Grove?
Village Ordinance: 5-3-1A. It is unlawful for any person under the age of eighteen (18) to be present at or upon any public assembly, building, place, street or highway during the hours of applicability of this Ordinance, as described in Section C of this Ordinance, unless such a person satisfies one of the Exceptions to the Ordinance described in Section B.
