Well, there are various cures for a yeast infection. Better to start with what a yeast infection is: Your body naturally has both bacteria and yeast growing in and on it. Those two fight for resources to live off of. Normally, they hold each other in check and a harmonious balance. When something causes the bacteria to die off (antibiotics, for one) then the yeast take over in their place. If those yeast levels get too high, it causes an infection. So, the way to get rid of a yeast infection is to restore the balance. You may have to wait until you are off antibiotics. Hormone levels may contribute. Some spermicidal lubricated condoms do that.
