What Is the Cur-ville Dog Days Fest?
The Cur-ville Dog Days Festival is a back yard party that Laura Hinerfeld and Dale Henry Geist throw every August to celebrate their birthdays, their anniversary, their friends, great music, beer, food, and of course, dogs. We invite our friends and their friends to play, listen, eat, drink, and camp out. Proceeds go to a worthy charity. The center of the Fest is the music stage, which has wall-to-wall ear candy for eight to ten hours. Some of the fine artists to play at Cur-ville include Kathy Kallick, Solid Air, Michael McNevin, JL Stiles, Adam Traum, Mayne Smith & Johnny Harper, and lots more. Every year we end the show with an onstage jam. Other cool features include a supervised kids’ play area, food, beer and wine, song circles, and camping out under the stars at the Ranchito.
