Plexus has a real “can do” culture that is totally customer-focused. But having said that, it’s got a good respect for a work life balance for a corporation of its size. It’s very professional and I believe it’s a happy place to work. The nature of our work means that there is always something different to get involved with, either project managing work from here or working on different projects with our design colleagues in the US or in Malaysia.
