What is the culture like at Plexus in Scotland?
Plexus has a real “can do” culture that is totally customer-focused. But having said that, it’s got a good respect for a work life balance for a corporation of its size. It’s very professional and I believe it’s a happy place to work. The nature of our work means that there is always something different to get involved with, either project managing work from here or working on different projects with our design colleagues in the US or in Malaysia. What sort of people are you looking for as you expand? We obviously need people with strong electrical engineering and technical skills with a good research and development background but it also is important that they have good customer facing skills.
