What is the cultural significance of the Rat Pack?
the rat pack helped to lessen racial content within the music and movie industry,,they were part and parcel ,,without the ‘black’ element,,it wouldnt have been the same so even though the majority of stars were white you couldnt then knock the black person anymore,,you either accepted it,,or you were then ‘out of the loop’ and someone who stood out in the crowd as one who didnt move with the times.
