CSPD is the Comprehensive System of Personnel DevelopmentThe West Florida Regional CSPD Partnership includes UWF faculty, DOE professionals, Florida Diagnostic and Learning Resources System (FDLRS) staff members, district ESE leaders, and parents from the following Florida counties: Bay, Escambia, Gulf, Holmes, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Walton, and Washington (see: http://www.cops.uwf.edu/cspd/).
