What is the criterion for getting an administrative review of my child support order?
If it has been 36 months since your child support order was issued or modified, you can get an administrative review. If it has been less than 36 months, you may still be able to get an administrative review based on specific changes of circumstances. The JFS 01849, “Request for an Administrative Review of the Child Support Order” lists the specific changes of circumstances that qualify a person for an early administrative review.
