What is the criteria for a valid Current Operating Plan (COP)?
The Current Operating Plan (COP) submission is composed of three parts: Resource Status, Limits (HEL/HSL/LSL/LEL in MW), and Ancillary Service (AS) Schedule (Reg-Up/Reg-Down/RRS/Non-Spin in MW). In order to submit a COP that passes validation, the submission must have a complete set of data (all three parts).
