What is the credit restoration program and is there a fee associated with it?
All of our clients have different credit restoration needs and challenges. Clients with minor credit challenges may not have any additional cost. Clients that have major credit challenges are enrolled in our Advanced Credit Restoration Program. There is a fee associated with this program. We also offer a Moderate Credit Restoration Program, which requires less of a fee. We have negotiated with one of the best credit restoration company in the country, and the fee is very reasonable. In some instances, we even rebate a substantial portion of these fees to you, when you secure your own loan and purchase the home for yourself!
