What is the credibility of the sub contractors Logans Hammer hires for my remodel?
We’ve built long term relationships with most of the sub-contractors we use. All are screened for proper licenses and insurance and they have signed contracts with Logan’s Hammer agreeing to our expectations. We believe that anyone, whether a sub-contractor, laborer or anyone else, working on our jobs is an extension of Logan’s Hammer and is therefore required to present themselves to the same standard we maintain. In addition, the homeowners’ Project Manager is on site daily supervising all sub-contractors to make certain our requirements are being met. All work performed on a Logan’s Hammer jobsite is covered by our personal warranty regardless of whether the work was done by a Logan’s Hammer employee or a sub-contractor.
