What is the creams effect based on is the hair follicle destroyed or inactivated?
Smart 3s slows down and impedes the re-growth of hair in the active growth stage. The active ingredients of the cream do not destroy the hair follicle, but rather limit its activity. The best results are obtained when the hair is removed by its roots (e.g. by waxing, sugaring or with an epilator) and the cream is carefully applied according to instructions on the desired area. By rubbing the cream in the opposite direction of hair growth it is best absorbed into the hair follicles. After hair disposal the hair follicles are usually retracted after three days and thus the absorption of the cream is most efficient immediately after hair disposal.
