What is the counselor/camper ratio?
Camp for Kids is licensed to have up to 80 campers a week and we hired 20 counselors. During the day campers are in groups of about 15 children and have an “adventure ranger” with them at all times participating with them in all of the day’s activities. Each group will also have an activity-leading counselor with them as well. Some high-risk activities, such as riflery, there will be an additional counselor there as well. At night, campers are in cabins of up to 20 children, each cabin as two counselors in charge.
