The Special Project Report approved by the California Department of Finance calls for $24 million in one-time cost for CALPADS to cover the development, project management, independent oversight and verification and validation, and systems integration services. The estimated cost for CALTIDES is $12 million in onetime funding. There will also be some additional one-time and ongoing costs for CSIS staff and the Department of Technology Services once the systems are completed.
