What is the cost per square foot for a home by Hasken Construction LLC?
A custom builder does not usually have a general cost per square foot because each custom home has a different design and is priced according to the homeowner’s individual specifications. For example, one homeowner may choose polished brass fixtures, lots of windows, wood floors and granite counter tops while another homeowner may decide on carpeting, chrome fixtures and laminate countertops. The two houses may be of similar size but the cost of features will vary significantly.
