What is the cost of waste management per unit production of power?
The cost of waste management at the plant site (LLW and MLW) is included in the capital and operating costs. However, the costs of reprocessing and high level waste disposal are not included as it is estimated that Plutonium credit from the reprocessed spent fuel will be more than offset these costs.
