What is the cost of therapy? How can we keep therapy costs less expensive?

Therapy doesn’t have to be outrageously expensive. I try to keep fees affordable. Individual (50 minute) sessions are $95.00 and couples sessions are $115 per 60 minute hour. Ideally, couples sessions are 90 minutes in length.
