If, for example, you purchase Single License, then your 1-year specialized support cost is equal the price of the Single License. You may purchase the specialized support for any period. The shortest period is 1 month. The price formula is: the cost of the License you purchased divided by 12 By availing itself of our services, Stimulsoft will provide: – high priority support. This means that developers requests will be processed first. They shall be permanently informed about on what stage of decision their issues and questions are; – personal e-mail address; – one personal technical support developer.
