The cost of training for a Montessori Program will be built into the staff development funds allocated to new school C at the same rate as every elementary school. In addition to the school based staff development funds training will be provided through the Magnet Programs allocation which provides approximately $3,000 per year for the school to progressively train staff in the Montessori Philosophy and instructional methods. This training will continue yearly based upon available funds and the amount determined based upon training needs of staff.
