The E-Paper is free to everybody until Nov. 16th so readers can take a test drive and experience the E-Paper for themselves. After the free trial offer is over, the E-Paper will still be free to subscribers of the print edition if they decide they want to activate it. People will also have the option of only subscribing to the E-Paper and not the printed newspaper.
