Participants pay an annual fee for each phase of the program. These fees provide the funds needed to progress technology development activities. Participants are represented on SEAM Technical Committees and are expected to contribute prior knowledge and expertise where appropriate to progress the goals of the current phase and not duplicate work that has already been completed.
