What is the cost of sales rep turnover?
I’m looking for a good framework to analyze the cost of sales rep turnover. Of course, some of it is healthy, like reps being promoted to other jobs. Some of it is normal, but unhealthy, like someone voluntarily leaving the organization. One must consider a number of variables in the formula, such as the time it takes to ramp up a new hire to full production. Also, there are costs to source and recruit, as well as management time to interview, select and train. I look forward to your comments and references on how I can develop a quality Turnover Analysis.
