The UMC Software Certification Program is provided free of charge, but there are requirements to fulfill in order to obtain it, as described elsewhere in this section. Furthermore, a Developer License is required. This is provided free of charge for development purposes only and entitles you as a software developer to receiving all versions and all releases of the WHO Drug Dictionaries for development purposes, and regulates the legal relationship between you and the UMC.
