What is the cost of living in UTS residences?
The residential fee is the cost of occupying a room and enjoying the residential facilities provided by UTS on: • 6 months basis – half year, or • 12 months basis – yearly Up-front payments in full attract a $150.00 deduction. Due to high demand for student housing, UTS give priority to students who apply for and sign a 12 month (yearly) residential agreement. This includes non teaching (holiday) periods. Six month (half year) contracts are permissible for only those students who are completing their final semester of study, conducting research, or have other unique circumstances.
