The cost is $13.00 per person (even if the parties reside at the same address) to be served for Monroe County/Out of County service requests that are still within the state of Indiana. The cost is $60.00 per person (even if the parties reside at the same address) to be served for Out-of-State service requests. Payment should be submitted in the form of exact cash, credit card, or debit card (if you are requesting the service in person) or an attorney’s check made payable to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office (if you are requesting the service by mail).
