What is the cost of exchange membership in Ownertrades.com?
There is no fee to just sign up your property and exchange preferences for the Exchange database so other members can find you when they search for trading partners. But if you desire to do database searches for trading partners yourself, an annual membership fee of $10 is required. There will continue to be no fees for executing exchanges with other members. Your $10 payment will cover full membership through at least Dec. 31 of the year in which it is paid. Generally, the $10 payment covers the year in which it is paid, so the later in the year you pay, the fewer months access you will have, because we change the password each January. For example, someone paying on April 30 will have access to the exchange database from May 1 through Dec 31. However, if you sign up and pay very late in the year (Nov. or December) we will credit you as paid through the entire next year.
