DETROIT — As the weather warms up in southeast Michigan, everyone knows that the Downtown Hoedown is just around the corner. The 28th Annual Downtown Hoedown will rock Detroit’s Hart Plaza with almost 20 national acts and over 30 local bands on three stages and lots of fun for the entire family. Attendance figures are expected to exceed one million people during the course of the weekend from May 14 through 16. Stages will be set up in their original configuration with the upper stage, lower stage and the plaza stage along the riverfront.
