A. The minimum fee for a site visit is $350. This includes a report stating the purpose of the site visit, a definition of problems identified and recommendations for correction. Other factors affecting fees can include the age of the structure, size, condition and complexity of the project, and amount of time needed to complete the inspection and written report. Any changes to the base fee will be discussed with the client and agreed upon prior to beginning of any additional work.
