There is no charge to people using the resources and services available through CareerOneStop. This includes free access to America’s Career InfoNet and America’s Service Locator. The services provided by CareerOneStop are developed through grant-funded programs to the states; each state’s program is funded through Unemployment Insurance taxes paid by employers.
