For the ultimate in sushi show and presentation, a sushi bar and sushi case filled with delicious seafood can be set up at your location. One of our highly trained chefs will prepare your sushi based on the custom menu created especially for you and your guests. Sushi chef on site presentation: $100.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Sushi chef fee does not include food costs. We require a minimum food charge of $1,000 for on-site catering at your party.
