They are very close in price however the fact that aluminum can not be used nor is safe with pressure treated lumber the cost issue is of little consequence. Galvanized Steel and Copper flashing are comparable to vinyl flashing. DuraFlash™ flashing is much more cost effective than Galvanized or Copper.
