This transaction occurred prior to the merger of “old” Monsanto with Pharmacia & Upjohn, now called Pharmacia Corporation. 91.45% of the cost is allocated to “old” Monsanto, now Pharmacia (www.pharmacia.com), while 8.55% is allocated to Solutia (www.solutia.com) shares.
