What is the corresponding rank of supdt of police in armed forces like army,navy and air force?
I don’t even know what a supdt is. Is that a type o? The military has its own rank structure and civilian police departments do not equal it. Military can not control a civilian police department, and the civilian police can not tell the military what to do. There may be emergency occasions where they work together and in that case a command post is established and the high ranking officials of both agencies would pass along communications and the military will give orders to military and the police will give orders to police…but they usually won’t be ordering each other around. In most cases the military (Like the National Guard) is there to support the police….and they have rules that they have to follow. If you get out of the military as a Sergeant and was an MP…and you join the local police department, you military rank won’t carry over. They may have some programs for more pay or what ever but you will still start at the bottom again….and if a Police officer joins the mili
