The Myers Briggs personality type helps you identify which team role is your natural preference. The exact relationship can be seen on the MTR-i team role wheel: Anyone can undertake any team role, which means that you can move around the wheel. However, your psychological type indicates which part of the wheel is your natural preference. For example, the wheel shows that ESTPs’ naturally preferred role is Sculptor. However, ESTPs can undertake any team role if they need or choose to do so, even ones that are on the opposite side of the wheel.
